'New ART tax on 1st January 2006'
The new charge, known as droit de
suite, will be paid by the seller
of a work of art to the artist or
their heirs up to 70 years after
the artist's death.
'New glass coating'
Scientists at the University College
of London have created a coating for
glass which reflects or absorbs heat.
The thin film is made out of a material
called vanadium dioxide, and changes
depending on the weather outside.
